ndividuals who undergo a diagnostic cardiac imaging test known as myocardial perfusion imaging, or MPI, usually have this test several times and also undergo other tests that expose them to radiation, according to research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Here is some information about MPI: • It is a non-invasive nuclear medicine imaging test used to measure blood flow to the heart • It involves injecting patients with a radioactive substance, called a tracer, that is taken up by the portion of the heart muscle receiving good blood flow • It can be performed at rest or while exercising Researchers from Columbia University Medical Center examined the medical records of over 1000 patients who underwent MPI at their center in early 2006. The investigators counted how many procedures these patients underwent between 1988 and 2008 that involved exposure to radiation, estimating how much radiation they were exposed to overall. On average, the patients underwent about 15 procedures that exposed them to radiation, including four procedures in which the dose of radiation was quite high. Nearly one-third of the patients were exposed to an overall radiation dose over 100 mSv. More than a third of the patients underwent multiple MPIs, and in these patients the cumulative dose of radiation they were exposed to was 121 mSv. Radiation doses were higher for men and white patients, and those with known cardiac disease or symptoms of the condition were more …

Mr. Philip Schneider wasa very couragous man. Even being ill and in pain, He wanted us to know what was happening in our country. I can only hope that those who listened to him became aware of our corrupted government. People can’t change anything if they don’t have information. I believe his wife is truly a brave woman. She is doing her best to clear his name. She also is in danger. I hope getting this information out will help everyone connected with Mr. Schneider. Philip Schneider’s life was certainly as controversial as his death. He was born on April 23, 1947 at Bethesda Navy Hospital. Philip’s parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States Navy, worked in nuclear medicine and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider was also part of OPERATION CROSSROADS, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the Pacific AT Bikini Island. In a lecture videotaped in May 1996, Philip Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Oscar Schneider, was also involved with the infamous “Philadelphia Experiment.” In addition, Philip claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and US military forces at the Dulce underground base. Philip Schneider’s ex-wife, Cynthia Drayer believes that Philip was murdered because he publicly revealed …
